I can kind of relate to what you've drawn here.
I Like How The picture is angled. And how both of the pictures look exactly the same on both sides, It makes it look like a more realistic drawing of manga Art.
Next time, Maybe try, even if you can't to add some Shading on the drawing.
Also, Maybe you could try to tidy up the lining of the picture a little bit, it Would give it a better look, Also, Maybe draw a mirror? That would look cool! >3<
